Kiln room1630 viewsThis is a shot of my kiln room. In this room we attached lath to the plubmers tape and then troweled plaster over it. We used plaster with paper for a lightweight fill mix then put a coat of plain plaster over that and sprayed on a coat of plaster texture. It was then painted.

Partial insulation2333 viewsThis is a view with part of the insulation in place. You can see the styrofoam panels that were used to bridge the 'bumps' in the building to create tubes and you can see how the top was bridged a bit lower so that all the tubes would be connected through the top. Notice the plumbers tape hanging down in preparation for adding more styrofoam. You can also see the duct fan mounted above one of the ducts that opens into the top area to allow drawing the warm air out of the 'attic' area in the winter.

Pour area1871 viewsThis is another area that is finished. Here we troweled on some plaster mixed with some of the foam that was trimmed off in places about 1 1/2 to 2 ft up from the floor. We whizzed it up in a blender then mixed it with the plaster and tried to fill in the holes with it. You can see the wall is smoother at the bottom. We then sprayed a mix of plaster with latex additive all over the foam areas to about 1/4 to 1/2" deep. Then sprayed paint.
