[Ferro List] plumbing and electrical

I would use EMT pipe for electric and add a second set for other entertainment.

For plumbing I would use poly pipe chases for home run PEX in the small dia and a manifold shut off valve set, just like the high price motor homes.
For drain the provisions for repair need to be provided at construction. I just broke the floor out of a kitchen so the drain could be replaced - it was 31 years old and installed poorly.

I favor segregating the building services to a chase or room with out an side door and none inside with a real way to discourage storage in the services part.
