[Ferro List] Eletrostatic fields

Trashed my ankle in the 80's. Unhappy things happen when there's a 20+mph
difference between the ground and a body in flight (me) when the foot and
the ground meet. The final result was a big loss in flexibility and an
always stiff/sore ankle. I started wearing a magnetic anklet a couple years
ago and it's made a HUGE difference, though it has taken time. Initially it
just helped reduce the inflamation, but now I can run (Nolan, you do NOT get
to laugh at the mental image) and can walk on uneven ground with much less
resulting discomfort. Can't say enough good things about what the magnets
have done.
I saw an ad on tv for magnets worn on the ear to help stop smoking. I don't
smoke, but do have issues with my right ear so decided to make my own and
give it a spin. Aftrer just a week my ear is noticably improving so there
must be something to it. I hang the magnets over the top of my ear when I
have a headache and it noticably fades.
So if you have health issues, embedding electro-magnetics in the ceiling
when you lay your ferrocement would be of benefit . . . ? How are the
currents going to effect the cement and reinforcing? (notice how I stuck FC
in to keep it on topic . . . <grin>) Is there a way to use the reinforcing
itself to do the job?
Nursing homes . . . that would be a good place for this addition . . .
