[Ferro List] Eletrostatic fields

Hi Elf,
Well, (electro) _magnetic_ fields are a different
subject, though apparently they haven't been
investigated very well either regarding their effects
on human health. In fact, I know a MD who uses them as
part of his therapy - with great results, I might add.
And as I have an ear infection that doesn't want to go
away, still after about 3-4 years, I think I'll follow
your example.
Now, regarding the electro _static_ field in your
home, you have to use continuous voltage for that
(i.e. DC, not AC), and the ceiling has to have the
positive polarity. Combining that with fc (you are
right, we have to mention this subject), shouldn't be
a problem, as there should be galvanized mesh in your
ceiling anyway.
So I might use a charger, like the ones for cell
phones, connect the postive pole to the mesh in the
ceiling, the negative to the mesh in the floor, and
voila, Uwe is grinning! Question is, would you
recognize me after that "cosmetic surgery"? <g>
Actually, I might have to check for leakage currents
first, to see how much current the charger has to
deliver, but as especially magnesium cement is a good
insulator, I don't predict any problems.
