Hi Kosta,
The only part where I can offer an opinion is the
expansive clay ground. If I got that right, you can
stabilize it with lime. Of course if the layer of clay
is very thick, that might not be practical, but a thin
layer can be stabilized mixing up to 20% of lime (and
water) into it. That would in fact produce some kind
of primitive cement - an advantage to your project.
