Kosta,
I did'nt follow all the posts on this subject but having read your final
scheme, I am worried about all the joints you will create by prefabricating
the FC panels. Aesthetically too, your tiling on the joints will never match
the pretiled panel so as to create a continuous tiling look.
I would think making the FC shell  in-situ - one piece is a better idea.
