[Ferro List] Leaking tank

I have a ferrocement tank that I built about 2 years ago. The tank hold
about a third of it's capacity and beyond that leaks like a pasta strainer.
I've applied coats of cement in a slurry form to the inside as well as the
product thoro-seal. I applied the thoroseal with out adding acryl 60 to it
which the manufacturer recommends(whoops). I would really like this tank to
hold more water since it is all the water I have. The leaks are weeps and
not streams. Should I recoat the inside with sand cement and then recoat
with thoro-seal+ acryl60 or should I just coat with the thoro+acryl? Any
tips would be appreciated.

thanks
Joseph
