Keith,
I've resent my post to list that did not make it through last Tues.
Ok, I've looked up dichromate and would appreciate a small amount if you would kindly send details on how I should use it, store it, and handle it. Please take note that I have little knowledge of any useage of chemicals such as these and you should assume very little when sending instructions (include your return address so I can send leftover dichromate back to you). Please send to:

I see what you are talking about with asphalt emulsion dip:

But how that differs from the concrete foundation waterproofing asphalt I have in my local building supply stores I don't know. But in light of the fact that I've got all the tank mesh now encased in mortar, its usefulness is probably nil at this point.I would strongly disagree with you about the need for excellent bond in any FC application, esp re cracking behavior properties.
Be aware that TP is about to do another test with Port I sent to him. These results should be the real kicker.
Do you want me to send you one or more of the test samples (see photos I've posted) I've recently done so you can directly eyeball and fondle?
I will look up zinc and mortar compatibility problems again, but I've nowhere near the skills you and others have with search. Be patient.
Tom
