Tom,
Nothing is wrong with FC technology. The first guy who constructed a boat in 1848 got it right, and many have followed with all types of tanks, boats, homes, etc., probably many thousands in total. The fact that you tried a technique or materials that didn't work doesn't mean the whole technology is bad.  -  Chris
