Two things I forgot to mention on the roof:

1) We are using aquron water proofing products in the mix and then  
spray on afterwards.

2) The existing 1.5" fc barrel vault roof has a foil-bubble-bubble- 
foil sheet over it for insulation. Above that is a thick layer of  
snow which provides a lot of insulation as well as protection from  
the wind. We get a lot of snow here. Our frost depth is 0" to 3" or so.

On the bathtub we are adding a final wax coating.

On the sump tank (reef aquarium) we have an epoxy coating.
