If you haven't seen them, Google, 'earthbag housing...building,etc'. This type of construction is made of fabric, or plastic tubes that are filled with earth, and wired together to make amazing structures that rely on the thermal mass of compressed soil. The same idea could be used as a form for laminated ferrocement, only maybe using a insulative material inside the tubes instead of soil. The tubes are tyed together, and the ties could also function for tying the external and internal shell together. Maybe even a stressed skin panel? Maybe a extruder could be used to inject the bags with a insulation-crete?
Another mold for Laminated Ferrocement could be one of redundant framing systems like the yurt, or a geodesic form. The frame pieces could actually be cast fc, that act like ribs or studs, that hold the laminated shell. - chris
