[Ferro List] How to make a document available to all?

Thanks to the effort of Colin King, I now have a complete, clear PDF
of Dinsenbacher and Brauer's 1974 paper about the construction and
test of a FC planing boat. I'd like to make it available through the
FEN, but after exploring the site and downloading other people's
contributions I still don't know how to post Colin's.

Can somebody enlighten me?
