Sorry that link didn't seem to go through. It was a interview with sculptor David Adickes in the Garden Art Forum, he has many large concrete/fc sculptures, and the interview gets into his unique techniques, which isn't geared towards general construction, but some of his techniques might come in handy, like using regular building plaster and fiberglass mesh to form a mold that can handle several thousand pounds.....maybe leaving the mold in place for a building.
Along the lines of the patent that Paul Sarnstrum just posted, is the Portland Radio Towers. Other than the occasional photo, I've never found an article on the construction and engineering of this 350 foot high series of fc radio towers. If anyone has any information on them I would be very interested. Tubular fc construction may be a way of getting away from much of the worry and labor associated with monolithic type construction. Not just a way to build tubes down to the ocean floor, or a radio tower, I can imagine a fc tube frame that could be used to attach various types of cladding to. the main stresses being carried of course by the fc frame.
How about a fc community well, where the casing is fc, and the earth is used as a mold. Dig down a safe amount of distance - ferrocement the sides leaving a lip at the bottom. Then going down another safe distance and repeating the process, with the lower lift attached to the lip on the fc lift above.
