[Ferro List] list members being scammed?

I received the email below just now. I know I didn't order anything and I have never had a paypal account, and what made it even more suspicious was the 'From: (Unknown).
 
I know this is a pretty sophisticated group of people, unlikely to fall for it, but I thought a 'heads up' would not be out of place. The odd thing is that it didn't try to get me to go to a site or reply.
