Hi Chris,

As was announced to the entire list a couple weeks ago or so, the change
to the digest format was neccessary due to the volume of mail. At times
the list server would get overwhelmed and could not handle it with the
results being that some people would not receive certain messages or the
list would just shut down completely.

BTW, when you reply to a message in the digest format please delete all
the unecessary material, that material which is not relevant to your
reply. Failure to do this results in huge, unwanted postings that further
eats up bandwidth. The way you posted this message is an example of what
not to do.
