Hi Mikey,
Bending rod is a matter of twist rather than bend.
If you twist rod 360 degrees at one end while the other is held stationary
will cause it to bend into a full circle.

I have been trying to make circles put of #3 rebar. The diameter of  
the circles is 18" and 30". I have had some luck with forcing the  
rebar into a square wood jigs of those dimensions, but I bet there is  
a better way.

Any tips for making rebar circles on the cheap? Would the $200 benders  
be able to do circles this small? I am not able to drop $2,000 on the  
fancy benders that do this well.
