[Ferro List] Help Drawing home plans

Hi again guys, still looking for help drawing home plans.  Thanks for the first reply,  and pardon me for not being more spcific on what I need to submit and what I think I could use from you to help me.  
 
First, here in my area I need to submit profesional plans with a state licened engineering stamp.  Ther are few engineers in the area taht are willing to even talk to you about anything other then conventional construction.  So befor I go off and bother the one or two that will give me the time of day,  I would like to draw the home plans up in a profional manner so when I sit down with an enginner, he/she will have confidance in me as a owner builder, and be willing to make sugestions on the plans and final stamp them so I can move on to the county building departmnet phase.
 
I have already tried talking to them with out plans,  It did not go well, and I am still planless
 
If you have any home plans that invole barel vault roofs, ferro cement organic shaped walls.  I like the home on the flying concrette website,  this is the kind of structure we want to buid.
