Chris -

Sounds like you found a nice compressor. My gas powered compressor puts out 13 cfm at 90 psi which takes care of the Tirrolessa needs but relies on an extra tank plugged in for fast production. The extra tank expands the total volume from 20 to about 40 gallons so the compressor gets longer cool-down breaks. It is important that you have the large hose connects, maintaining the size on the Tirrolessa itself, to get the air flow you need.

The 13 cfm at 90 psi is enough to produce cellular concrete foam too so your rig sounds like it is exceeding the basic requirements at the low-voltage draw. The 80 gallon tank is good, probably plenty, but maybe with electric motors, where you want to minimize the frequency that the motar kicks on to give the start-up capacitor a longer life, larger storage volume is good but you have a fair amount already. If you find that the motor is kicking in a lot during your production, maybe expand the volume with an extra tank from a yard sale.
